Honestly the worst employment agency I've ever dealt with. They are inconsiderate to the candidates needs, skill sets and previous work experience. They have zero interest in matching you/helping you find a suitable job that complements your skills, and were very open about not caring as they quoted to me that "any job" is a suitable job as per their definition. It is clear that they are just received payments for placements. Avoid using this company at all costs and if I could give a lower rating than 1 star I would

Poor service. I have disabilities and they are no help just cranky at me. To pushy and threatening. It's forcing me to get an exemption for not looking for work. I keep getting accused of being a lier about my resume and picking on it when every job agency I go to changes it's not accurate. I struggle to do anything at the best of times and all I wanted was support not having a go at me. I felt very awkward. Not very constructive in helping me get back on tracking or even a pat on the back for trying just having a go at me that I seem a little disinterested and continuous complaints about my resume. Making feel stupid. I went home and had a panic attack.

I'm going to change agencies.

Terrible service. My husband had to miss an appointment as I needed unexpected emergency surgery the same day. They cut his payments because he was unable to bring in a medical certificate that same day. No empathy or understanding of personal situations. Rude and talk about clients in a demeaning fashion in front of other clients.

Basically, if my body could report my experience with equivalent places to Max Employment Wynnum, long these three years and 22 days, what stories they could tell.

Could Not return to work without Max. The support, understanding, kindness, guidance and acceptance I have received has give me the confidence and motivation with myself to step out of my comfort zone and make progress to feel confident enough to believe in myself and that I will be able to transition back into the workforce. I have experienced and observed first hand incompetency, ignorance and the toxicity when dealing with First Nations peoples, and I believe we are set up to fail. The culture of Max Employment is paternalistic and actually quite racist toward First Nations clients who are genuinely seeking employment. Townsville, Brisbane, Queensland is renown for its redneck, racist attitude toward First Nations peoples and it certainly raises its ugly head in Max Employment around the Country.

Jaylene has helped me with swag and bustickets to my jobs cooking on cattle properties and im very grateful for time and effort she has supported me. I also appreciate miss aut for her amazing support as well. Both ladies are encouraging caring n they do their jobs awesomely thank yous both🤠🌻
