Great experience, great expertise. Called up asking about getting my first mountain bike, unfortunately I can’t remember his name, but the man I spoke to was so very knowledgeable and passionate about the product he was selling. He set up 2 bikes for me to come and test drive in the afternoon, unfortunately I was running late and caught him running out of the door as his shift was over. However, he quickly dropped his things and walked me through a whole breakdown of the bike, including setting up the test rides, and even the accessories like helmet, pedals and cleaning products that I didn’t have. After helping me out, he made sure that my bike had a good glance over, and was ready for me to take it away. 10/10 service, the other guys there were really friendly and was able to have a good chat with them while they sorted me out. Would definitely recommend their service.

Absolutely fantastic customer service. Arrived straight from the airport and into the store. In less than 24 hours the bike was built (cleaned and a soft repair). The staff member helped me load the bike into the car. Exceptional customer service.
