Would highly recommend Trini for a cake for a special event. She made our cake for our engagement party and we were SO happy. It looked beautiful, topped with real flowers and it tasted delicious too with many comments from guests about how yummy it was! Also great value for money. Trini is also lovely and easy to deal with.

My family and I had one of her beautiful cakes (a Matcha Cake) for my parents’ birthdays and we all LOVED it! It was so fluffy and light and the right amount of sweetness. Great texture! I enjoyed every bite! My mum wanted to put it away and I kept wanting to have another slice 🥰 It’s the right amount of sweetness that doesn’t make you feel sick after eating a couple slices. Loved the strawberries too 😋🔥 Thank you for making my family’s night! There was a lot of silence and metal spoon sounds on the dessert plates during dessert and ‘mmm’s 😍😂🌸

Trini nailed the brief for our sons 1st bday cake which was an incredible chocolate and strawberry mud cake! I asked for it to be ‘rocket/space’ theme and Trini delivered on point! And also the most delicious lemon sponge cup cakes which had Disney themed discs on them! All the kids loved it including the big kids! Highly recommend!

Trini made my partners 50th Birthday Cake. I wanted a Golf Theme, and had no specific design in mind. The cake was a chocolate mud cake, the golf bag and clubs were made of a fondant, and sooo delicious. The cake truely made Theo’s day, it was certainly a hole in one 🙂 We had half the restaurant looking in amazement at our cake, such a work of art. Trini is so imaginative, creative and so very talented. From my first contact with Trini to the delivery to my door, (so kind) Trini has been an absolute pleasure and such a beautiful human being to deal with, so easy, we couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend Trini for all your celebration yummies. I will be a returning customer that is for sure.

Trini Leigh Cakes recently made beautiful rainbow cupcakes for my daughters birthday. They were delicious! All kids commented on how wonderful they were. I made sure there was enough so I could have one too. The cake was light and fluffy and the icing to die for. Can’t wait for the next birthday now.

Trini is truely amazing!! I contacted her for the last minute job. She made a beautiful custom design cake for my cake smash session. I am in NZ and wanted to order a birthday cake for my daughter in Brisbane. Trini not only made a gorgeous Orange cake decorated with beautiful rasberry macaroons but also hand delivered to my daughters door. The communication from start to finish was superb with Trini even sending me a pic of the cake before it went out. I wanted to use a local Brisbane business and not a big commercial franchise and im so glad i did !!!! I Highly reccomend !

Trini did a fantastic job on my daughter’s birthday cake. It was a very old fashioned strawberries and cream vanilla cake with finished with cream and piped cream. A lot of cake makers can’t do the old fashioned piping etc they ‘smear’ icing and place objects on the cake. Trini can do any or all!
