I've now bought several foreign investments with APFG. I can't rate them high enough. Very easy to deal with and all transactions are smooth & transparent. They explain everything in detail. I was initially very skeptical like most people would, I went to Bali & viewed the construction. I'm getting 8% payments whilst under construction. One of my properties that I invested in is on booking.com already. Thanks APFG for all your assistance & making my overseas investment portfolio what it is today.

Review for APFG – Worst Experience Ever

If I could give zero stars, I would. APFG claims to be a “very old company,” yet they have only 2 reviews and a mediocre 3-star rating – which is about to get worse with my review. Here’s my story:

I spoke to Matt and Fred, who became outright aggressive when I asked valid questions. This behavior is unacceptable from any legitimate company. During our conversation, I mentioned a trip to Bali in a few days and informed Fred I might need to reschedule due to an urgent matter. His response? Pure hostility. He accused me of “wasting his time.” No genuine company treats prospective clients like this unless they’re hiding something. It felt like they saw their “fish” escaping the trap.

This company screams scam. They expect you to hand over hundreds of thousands of your hard-earned money for nothing more than a limited share in a lease – a lease that will expire in 20 years and needs to be renegotiated for extensions. Who would sign up for this?

My advice: Stay far, far away from APFG. They don’t respect your time, they don’t handle questions professionally, and they clearly don’t value transparency. You’ve been warned – the rest is your luck.

Matt when he got asked some uncomfortable questions claimed I’m rude and aggressive…Hahah what a joke - be careful- there are a lot of scammers but this one is way too obvious..This marketing speech that he will flood you with rise all sort of questions (which won’t be answered - not in a logical way anyway) looks like an Amway presentation or Jehovah witness visit 🙂 Pathetic mate!
