Do not take a trailer any where near this incompetent crowd.
Their terrible advice resulted in my family being stranded in remote locations twice.
After much denial of any responsibility and disgusting rudeness from their so called independent expert, a not even 1/2 arsed repair and upgrade was done which I have just now learned rendered my trailer dangerously wrongly suspended. Costing more to rectify.
Was quoted initially that an upgraded compliance plate would come with the new braked axle......have it in writing.
On completion of work no compliance plate, no reduction in price, just a straight out lie.

Re The Tehstick Man
In response to 1 star rating.Invoice states replace existing running gear (750kg) to 1400kg. this was for his piece of mind ready for an upcoming Birdsville trip. We don't and never have done compliance as we are not licensed to do so. He called me during the Xmas holidays with his incident. We gave advise and assistance as we were overseas. He was told to bring the trailer back on his return. On inspection from a Qld licensed inspector it was found that a bung was put in a flat tyre that had been driven on for kms and dragged so that the Ubolt bent and also damaged the mudguard. Ubolt was sent to manufacturer for inspection. Found to be not inferior quality it was driver error that caused it to bend.
We repaired the trailer at a parts cost only. We had the inspector come back to inspect before we handed the trailer back and was told they were fully satisfied with the repair. Disappointed in their review.
