Worst customer service. Purchased a bike off the rack, they had to undo my brakes and tyre for it to fit in the car - no explanation how to get it back together and didn't even help load it in my car. Just took it apart and said see ya! No help I Pulled a muscle in my shoulder loading it back up for them to fix my brakes - AWFUL service. How am I supposed to know how to assemble a bike with no manual?

I recently bought my bike from Anaconda and the experience was excellent. The bike was on sale and they didn’t have stock, but they were able to source one from another store quicker than waiting for more stock. The staff member was knowledgeable and helped me choose the correct bike for the purpose I needed. They also put the bike together too which was great.

THANKYOU for your Scouts & GIRL GUIDES night on Wednesday
Our Girl Guides had FUN in your tent building and campsite set-up and pack-up competitions. They were amazed with the prizes you gave away on the night especially the lucky door prizes.

Service was great tonight, sizes always seems to be an issue everywhere you go. Small and medium galore females and males small and medium galore...sometimes I wonder who does the buying... anyway, the great service made up for the lack of sizing. We still spent a fair bit on other stuff!

Got the last bike as displayed one n last one! Got told can get $30 discount as display bike(so exciting). When going to pay then got told $30 extra as been build already! I want to buy from bix and you don’t have one! Please pull apart then I can build by myself without paying extra!
