I recently needed windscreen wiper replacements, so went to Supercheap Yamanto to purchase some. After my own self help false start, Charlie helped me out at my car with outlining my options. I returned the next day, again helped by Charlie, and Jack, and they fitted the wipers I needed. Straight away I drove into a thunderstorm, and the wipers were excellent. Great job!!

I had an awful experince. The staff was telling no to all my requests. There is a board infront of the store written they charge batteries. And when i requested to charge my cars battery, the staff told me it will take about an hour to charge so they cant do it and asked me to jumpstart from another customers car. I found the staff to be unhelpful. Finally the staff just walked away without telling me anything. Unpleasant experience.
