Fantastic service from the time you walk in until you walk out. Kahila is a fantastic manager and Josh both looking after their staff and customers, asking if need anything and up for a chat, love the laughs guys. Coffee and biscuits given also very nice indeed, Lee my stylist and colourist did a fabulous job and gave fantastic tips and chat. ALL in all a fabulous place and brilliant customer service, highly recommended. Definitely be back.

Because I had my work laptop bag I was seriously followed from aisle to aisle (bordering harrassment) by one of the older lady workers here whilst I was looking at skin care. She then ran to the front door holding her stock and proceeded to block my exit and barked she will check bags now.
Which was more than fine, and I would expect to show my bag.
The way this employee went about being a security guard whilst I was looking at retinal and other embarrassing womens items has me horrified and as a long time customer - will go next door next time. The girls are lovely there.

Such a great team, the pharmacist Will and the assistants are amazing! Always so on top of things even when they are super busy, always doing their best to accommodate everyone, friendly service and support always.
As are the staff at the checkouts and in store, have never had a bad experience even throughout covid!

Staff there was very rude when asked to tries the perfume lets us stand there waited for her to stock up the shelf plus the attitude for costumer service is not there! Not friendly I would go else where to spend the money definitely not in priceline Yamanto.

I needed to pick up medication for my grandfather that could be life threatening if he didn’t have, I needed to pick them up after hours as I wasn’t going to make in time due to work. I spoke with a lady and asked if someone was able to possibly stay back a bit she simply said no they are closed by then so I asked to speak with someone else.
I then got put on with Azalea and she was amazing and extremely kind, she stayed back for me to give me the medication for my elderly grandfather. I got her a box of chocolates as a thank you.
