I reached out to Clayton after getting hand engraving done at a different Mr Minit that I wasn’t happy with. He was so helpful and extremely friendly and has done a fantastic job in fixing up and re-engraving with the laser engraver. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome and will never go anywhere else for my engraving. I’m so glad he was able to help as this was a birthday present. Thank you so much!

Lee is just absolutely fabulous! My mother and I weren’t even customers but he roped us in with a good chat and a few weeks later when I needed my car key battery replaced I remembered just how lovely he was to my mum and son. I drove from riverlink to Yamanto just to be serviced by him and wasn’t disappointed, he changed my batteries in seconds, whilst cutting another lady’s key (which was also done in second and was so cool!) then showed me the process of gluing a sole of a shoe on and told me about the whole stitching process! He’s an absolute blessing and it’ll be sad not to see his cheerful smile when he leaves. Thank you so much for your amazing service Lee!! Hopefully the city treats you good!!

Amazing service. The staff are super friendly and they do great work. My bag strap broke and I dropped it off on a Wednesday night only for it to be ready Thursday morning looking better than new and for a reasonable price.

Brilliant service. Was told my daughters little shoes would be a week. Lee remembered my face as he saw me walk past the next day. My little daughter is running loops in her shoes that were freshly fixed. Highly recommend.
