Ordered a Classic Bowl and after a lenghty time received a Burrito, not happy jan. Two totally different products. Get organised Zambreos Yamanto...drive thru approx. 7pm Sun 16 Feb 2025. Up your service. Do you owe me a refund?

Excellent food for a great price. Ordered a Big Bowl and there was enough to feed 2 people. The taste and hot chilli was perfect and made my nose run which means it's good and hot lol - just as I like it. Will be back.

This is the second time my partner and I have come through the drive through.
The first time we were greeted with poor service and told there was no rice left. No white or Black rice...

The second time we went through today ordering a signature small burrito with black rice, IQ salsa and receiving a standard white rice burrito.

All in all the food is good quality however I think staff need to have further training about product knowledge and good customer service. This is not the staffs fault but the people whom are not training them.

I have ordered vegetarian tacos and still they charge extra for all vegetables.
I can't understand if they charge extra for all vegetables in vegetarian bowls except tomato than in normal price will They put corn chips cheese and tomato and sauce only 🤔

Edit: Because of your response to the Ipswich store, here is my edit for this one too!!! It was not Christmas Day that we were "attempting" to get food from your establishment!!! And it was not even Boxing Day to be a 'further excuse'!!! Regardless - UPDATE YOUR GOOGLE PAGE and keep those whom want to patronage your store informed - it really is not hard!! Your response/attitude to my feedback for Ipswich would be the reason Zambreros would be the last 'mexican' I'd look to patronage in the future. It's not good enough!!!

Original: Please ensure you have your times updated on Google! You are not open today despite it saying you are open. Also went to your Ipswich one and the same thing!!! It's not hard to update these times on Google so that your customers can see when they can patronage your store!!

Ordered through Uber eats at 8:01pm delivery said it would be delivered at latest by 9:10 that time came and went then it said delivery updated to 9:30 and at 9:35 zombrero cancelled the order completely and now because of the stuff around I have no chance of finding anything else that's gluten free. If you can't fulfill an order why accept it and wait an hour and a half then cancel it

Ordered small chicken nachos and classic beef burrito, was not made with care, everything just slapped on. Half way through burrito hubby found a small piece of black metal, which looked like it had broken off something, on asking about it, was told it was the stem of an avocado 🤔. Didnt think stems were metal.
