I attempted to redeem a $50 Noodle Box voucher, which the store refused to accept as they “had not seen this before”. The terms and conditions clearly state that the voucher is valid for use at any Noodle Box location and expires on 31/01/2025. With this in mind, surely the store should have accepted this and sorted it out with management after?

Despite this, the staff outright declined to honor it and made no effort to address the issue or escalate it to management. This was a very disappointing experience, especially given their unwillingness to resolve the situation.

Ordered a box and put no vegetables, no carrot, no bok choy and no onion and I got all the vegetables.
I added extra cashews and prawns and got none of that. I also selected chicken as my protein and I got beef. Absolutely ruined my meal and was not impressed. Do better

Ordered 4 meals last night.
2 of them were the combination one both dry as and had no prawns in either.
1 was satay chicken had no flavour and person had to add extra sauce to be able to enjoy it.
And 1 garlic prawn one that also didn't have much flavour .
Definitely won't be coming back

Ordered online, got there within 20mins. No one would speak to me or serve me. I then had to wait over 35mins as they hadn't even started cooking my order yet because they were standing around talking. They then proceeded to cook other people's orders in front of me that had literally just walked in. Safe to say I was NOT impressed. I won't be back after such rude service.

The quality of the food has declined dramatically.

I used to get the Chinese special fried rice every week. It was my favourite takeaway.

A few months ago the order was cooked improperly (not undercooked). Presumably the pan was not hot enough because the bottom two thirds of the dish was soaked in oil, it was stodgy and unappetising.

I gave them the benefit of the doubt because historically their food had been excellent. I did write to them via the Concept Ate website but did not receive a reply.

Last night I gave them another go and I was wrong to have done so.

The rice was not fried, at all. It was just gluggy rice with the ingredients mixed through. It smelt like off fish, there were prawn shells in it and I found a blue coloured foreign object in the rice.

This time I decided to go in store with the food and make a complaint in person. The male staff member was thoroughly disinterested, he screwed up his nose at me and asked me if this was something I had ordered [as if maybe I had cooked it myself at home and decided to bring it in to complain about it?].

I did not receive an apology, although he did say "so, what do you want; a refund?"

Ordered our meals online and paid for them online.
Drove to the store to find it is closed at 7:30pm when it states it is open until 8:30pm.
Worse still I get a notification my order is ready to be picked up.
Something fishy is going on.

One of the worst ‘meals’ I have ever attempted to eat. The meat was SO bad I literally couldn’t eat it, it was so chewy and hard. They are obviously cutting costs by ordering very bad cuts of meat. Do not order from here unless you want to waste $20 food you will throw in the bin.

4 of us (work mates ) was regular for every Friday but each week they managed to stuff atleast one of the order and today was mine for the 2nd time, will not visit again and wouldn’t recommend anyone to either.
Ordered take away over the phone , the guy picked up the phone and asked for name and number , in the middle he said hang on , what’s your order , told him what I was after , and in between he interrupted and asked for phone number again , then he hung up.
Take 2 : 2nd call , same guy , now he asks for the order and I Say 3 times “ Veggi fried rice “ vegetarian fried rice! Completes the call and after we picked up drove back to work only to find out he messed up the order and supplied Special fried rice with all sorts of meats that we didn’t wanted and can’t consume due to allergies.
Would not recommend to anyone at all
