Excellent service! Lovely man came over and was very quick to assist. Counted everything by hand with his team. My partner and I didn’t have to wait long at all. The entire process was very smooth. Lovely and genuine, even opened my door for me. It’s so refreshing to receive service like this. Thank you again and I highly recommend anyone come to exchange their bottles :).

Opening up at nine o’clock now instead of seven is a big let down 😖But don’t get me wrong the staff are great and helpful but I think it’s under new management that’s why the change so I will be going somewhere else from now on 👍

Your reply about the busy season is rubbish. 11:40 a.m. on the 29th of January and there are 15 cars lined up around the corner. I won't bother trying again.

Three days in a row with 10+ cars and estimated 40 min wait. Wasted time driving down. Time to rethink your inefficient drive thru business model!

These guys work their a$$es off and are always super nice and easy to deal with. Those humans who complain about the time it takes to get in and recycle, maybe pick a different time or just learn some patience.

Ive been going there for years, do a bit of work for a few bucks but now some new guy’s telling me to squash bottles before dicarding them……..what no ones gonna recycle if thats what you want,
I’m not going back to do their work.
If your reader is picking the bottles up as glass then fix it.

It's okay, to be honest i am I between a 3 and a 4 star.

The bad points is there is a long waiting line most days, people are inconsiderate and spend 10 - 20 minutes chatting after they have unloaded while other are waiting to get started and the staff don't do anything about it. (this happened to me today)

The good points is the machines are fast count well and are well maintained, have not seen a single one broken down at any time I visit. The staff are friendly, and assist in parking for the people the struggle to reverse park.

The atmosphere is relaxed and the smell of the recycling is actually not that bad, they have managed it well here.
