Waste of time! I phoned ahead to ask if they used Certegy’s interest free payment option as I has been offered pre-approval to make a purchase through Certegy. The accounts lady said they did, so we advise her we’d be driving out to see them and hopefully purchase a trailer today.

We drove 35minutes and spent another hour looking at trailers and deciding on the best option for us. The salesperson came up with a price and we agreed, then he advised we would need to wait for the accounts lady to return to process the Certegy payment. She was busy at the shops so we waited for 20mins for her to return... on her return she told us she had to charge the RRP because that was Certegy’s rule - no discounts or special offers for Certegy customers.

I told her that was rubbish as I’d made purchases in the past through Certegy on sale prices. She was adamant and said she would need to increase the price significantly!! So after 2 hours of stuffing around we left with no trailer! I phoned Certegy on the way home and they were horrified to hear that she was lying about the service they offered!

Waste of time, go somewhere else!!
