Today I went to the bike shop because my rear wheel was destroyed.
Upon arrival, I was attended by a very kind and checking person, he realized that the front wheel was about to break like the back and we decided to change both.

For a matter of time, I omitted to mention that one of the brakes had broken.

However, the person fixed it and everything has been left as new.

Super recommended, efficient and very fast repair service.

Had a broken crank, went there and they instantly saw what’s the problem and fixed it! Could stay in the store and take the bike again after a few minutes. The mechanics are really nice and know what they are doing. They also checked my gear without asking for it. Really good service and fair prices! Highly recommended bike shop 👍🏻

Rude customer service, got my wife to service my pushbike. Was charged $400 only to find out the new series of my bike is only $699 lol…. Nothing was shared about probably should buy a new bike.

Rang up after the fact to talk to old mate about it, says it’s not his fault my wife didn’t talk to me. Maybe I should speak to my wife more. Wtf! lol maybe old mate should be more informative it’s clear as day now that old mate makes more money from doing services than he makes from selling a new bike.

Just got a brand new bike from here due to my car has to be fixed for weeks. Boss is very good to help me to choose helmet and lock. He also gave me discount without asking and advices to stop others steal the bike. He also checked the bike before i go. Highly recommend and thank you so much for your help. ❤️

Great service and great people.
Had a problem with my cassette having had a missed spacer during an installment at another shop. Stopped by and Brad had a look and then promptly fixed it for me.
As a touring cyclist I visit a lot of bicycle stores and I must say this is definitely one of the friendliest and most helpful stores I've visited.
