I have unfortunately had a mixed experience with Jason. I employed him to fix windows that were not closing in my house and he gave me a fair quote and got the job done quickly. He seems like a very nice person. But he and his assistant left scratches all over the walls under the windows. I managed to get most of them out with a magic eraser, but some will have to be sanded and painted over again. Another issue is that I found that two of the windows still don't close properly. I contacted Jason to ask if he could come back to fix them. He replied stating that he could but would have to charge an hourly rate. When I noted that it should be part of the original quote as the windows were not properly fixed in the first place, he ghosted me. I tried to follow up but have not received a reply still several weeks later. I'm disappointed as I didn't want to have to write a negative review and did want to give him a chance to fix the issues. But I don't really have any other option now. I'm sorry we couldn't come to an agreement and I do wish him all the best. But I will not be using his services again.
