I signed a contract for a storage shed. A few days before I was due to move my stuff into storage the manager Kelly called me and asked if I had moved my stuff in, I said no I haven’t. All she said was she was organising stuff and moving things around and that was the end of that phone call. On the day I’m due to move in I go in to let them know I’m here so they can remove their padlock. Kelly said I needed to re sign my contract, she didn’t say anything else, I thought it was the same contract for the same she’d ( SILLY ME) and just signed it. Went down to find out that was in fact not the storage shed I was shown and it was not the shed I originally signed a contract for. I go back up with my mother and ask Kelly why I have a different shed that is SMALLER ( keep in mind we prepaid for the shed we originally signed the contract for, she THEN came clean and said apparently someone moved their stuff in they don’t know who and are trying to figure it out. We explained that the shed she gave wasn’t the size we needed it was to small and it wasn’t the one we signed for. She eventually compromised and gave us a bigger shed but still a smaller one than the one we originally signed for. Today I received my invoice, they have incorrectly charged me, including billing me for insurance when they said the first month of insurance was free. Kelly’s customer service is appalling and she is incredibly deceptive. She apparently put notes on my file saying she made me aware which she DID NOT. I would never have signed for a smaller shed willingly knowing how much furniture I had to store. Disgusting place. Disgusting customer service. Would not recommend to anyone.

I went to Storage king on Lobb Street to buy boxes. The ladies in there were really helpful and even took the boxes to the car for me. Their discounts were really good too. It's hard to find customer service like this these days. Thank you so much for your time and effort!
