I come to Yamanto Subway often, especially for work and usually get the platters for catering. They never miss the mark, it’s always amazing and the customer service is great! For instance today I called last minute to organise a sub and cookie platter to pick up within 30 mins during lunch and they easily accommodated that. I wish I caught the ladies name that was on the phone taking my order, and then spoke to me from a far in the shop. She was so helpful, and kind and just warm hearted. Great experience as always! Thanks Subway team!

Ordered food and they messed up. Sub wasn't even toasted, wrong and missing ingredients on my partners sub. They will blame Uber for delivery issues and will still get orders wrong when it's ordered through the subway app.

Had family order 4 footlong pizza subs last night 21/10/24 at 7pm… they got home to get the kids fed and ready for bed and school and had opened all subs with no meat on it, have tried calling the store to organise an replacement or refund of some sort no luck, all subs chucked. instead kids where left with cereal for dinner and empty like stomach. would appreciate if someone can get in touch to organise an refund or replacement for all subs.

We ordered 6 inch pizza subway with salami and cheese, we asked it to be toasted with BBQ sauce. When we got it, it was not toasted and it had no BBQ sauce!

The food is always really good, but tonight the customer service stole the show. Thank you to the lovely staff member that served me. Such a happy and polite young lady. It was such a a refreshing experience.
