What a complete disappointment this place turned out to be! I spent a fortune on a meal, only to receive it without the fries. To make matters worse, Uber Eats refused to issue a refund, which only added to my frustration. I ended up driving all the way across the other side of Ipswich at 1:30 a.m. to the Yamanto location just to get the fries that was missing from my order.

While I appreciate the staff member for sorting it out, the whole experience was incredibly inconvenient. Definitely won’t be ordering from here again.

Never personally went into patty smith's but did do uber for them.

The smith's Burger is amazing and i have not been able to find a Burger like it, little alone be able to make one like it

Chips are also good but the main star is the Burger,

10/10 Burger would recommend to anyone.

Chicken Burger was also good 8/10

Chicken wings 9/10 amazing flavour and big tub of sauce which is bonus points.

I love a good burger and was pretty excited to see the area get a burger joint other than the usual suspects😅 They only opened this week, but thank the Lord! I had the original, and it was awesome! It's a little more expensive than the BIG chains but worth the extra $5 😅😅 and there's beers! I have plans to work my way through the menu! The atmosphere is a little dull, but I'm sure as word gets out, it will pickup!

Definitely the worst burger I've had in a long long time. It was supposed to be a chicken burger. The menu specifically said "chicken fillet". I cook a lot and I can tell you without doubt that this is NOT chicken fillet, just look at the photo. My educated guess would say it was a boned drumstick that had been smashed out to around 1mm thin... absolutely ridiculous! Besides the fact that there was practically no chicken in this so-called burger, the bun was horrible and half stale, it arrived cold and the chips where super deep fried, maybe three times instead of two (way too oily and no potato inside). The problem with this area is that the bar is set low with regards to food but this really is taking the Mickey. It wouldn't surprise me if this place is gone soon. Needless to say, I won't be back here ever. This might sound harsh but you only get one chance in the food industry.

Can’t fault the food best burgers around, but they do not display public holiday surcharge, nor do they tell you they are charging it. I only noticed it when i was about to pay and asked.

This is not the first time either, but this business needs to be aware that by not displaying the surcharge somewhere in store it goes against the accc!

The startup of this Pattysmiths felt a little rocky, sometimes you'd get better service than others, food was better sometimes than others... However I started noticing about a couple months ago that things are consistent now. There's a girl that regularly works there and she's incredibly courteous and professional. I usually arrive to pick up take out a few minutes early, and she'll let me know it'll be x amount of minutes so I'll sit right outside and she always brings it out with a big smile. The food is reasonably priced for the quality, and the cheese sauce is amazing with their fries. Definitely a good weekend treat on the regular.

Delicious. It reminded me of my favourite burger joint at Millet, Alberta. Great food.
