We used Hoopers Carpet 15 years ago, great service. Just now, walked in and out within 3 minutes. The shop stank of fish, and the two guys were just sitting on their bums eatting KFC not bothering to stand up and offer any decent customer service. We asked a simple question met by ignorance and attitude. Then on the way out one of them said "Have a nice day" with sarcasm. Anderson's it is, great customer service there.....no second quote now required.
