Store and website prices are not the same. Should have baught online and skipped the store. Staff member was now knowledgable and didn't really know or care.

Not really happy with staff response to a genuine comment on a protein shaker.
My complaint is it leaks. It is the h2 hydro2.
No I did not have my receipt.
However, proof of purchase on my phone was not accepted as could not definitively say what it was for.
Only bought a couple of weeks ago.
Looks new, what’s new, I had eftpos proof. I felt the staff member was less than helpful.

I been there for changing my frypan, which they didnot even see the reciept and didnot even see why the pan is peeling off. They simply said we are not returning or replacing however it is in the guarantee. The staff is way too negative to listen the problems of yours.
Will recommend never to go better shop online, if really wanted anything.

I purchased 2 Baccarat Barista Cafe 2 Piece Double Walled Thermal Glass Mugs Sets two weeks ago. Loved these cups but one failed, with a small hole appearing whilst stirring coffee. I phoned Yamanto store but they will not replace it, this Baccarat product is labelled with a 'lifetime guarantee'...
