We recently had to return a product. We were looked after by Lucy who was absolutely amazing.

I purchased 2 camping chairs through click & collect and because it bulky i had to go to the back of the warehouse for pick up. I witness the guys was so rough with handling the stock that they just threw it all over the place to find my chair. It makes their stuff looks cheap and poor care and handling. I will not buy from here again just to avoid damage stuff.

Best service I have ever received from a lovely and knowledgeable young man Jacob. What a credit to the store to have such an altruistic young man provide such great customer service. His knowledge of product, price and quality and his commitment to customer service was above and beyond what I have experienced from someone from this generation . I’m so impressed by this young man. Reasonably priced products but with the worst customer service!
Shopped for warm cloths twice in the past in this (Tingalpa store) and on both occasions they didn’t remove the security tags from our Jackets, resulting us getting embarrassed overseas at the shops and supermarkets overseas. On the second occasion we specifically mentioned to the girl at the cash register not to make the same mistake again. Guess What We had a jacket given to us again with the security tag and made us embarrassed again overseas. On both occasions the store removed the tag for us, but not apologetic for our inconvenience experienced overseas and for our having to come back to their store at our own expense and time.
Also noticed the staff at the cash register were not happy and I had to remind the girl that a simple smile while serving a customer cost her nothing.

Worst customer experience from a girl at the counter on 1st of December 2024. Not sure what her name was but she was so rude and uninterested to work. She didn’t want to talk, she was just nodding after long silence when I was expecting an answer and she was also sighing!!!
I went to BCF instead and received the best customer service!
Will never go back to Anaconda Tingalpa and don't recommend anyone to shop from them just go to BCF.

How fortunate I was to be assisted by Madi when looking for runners. She gave 100%+ in assisting me to find the most suitable shoe. Her knowledge of each make was extensive, helpful and greatly appreciated. Madi spent ages with me , while simultaneously going through all the boxed shoes and returning most to their correct box. Anaconda Tingalpa is indeed fortunate to have such a pleasant, friendly, knowledgeable staff member who not only knows what 'customer service' is, but practises it. Thanks a lot, Madi.
