I met Pio at a food event, and realised that even though I love fermented foods I hadn't tried much tempe. I could see Pio was passionate about making a quality product so I wanted to try it. The best tasting soy-free tempeh! My favourite is the chickpea but the black bean and mixed varieties are also excellent. Tempeh is such a versatile plant based protein which I love to cook in a variety of dishes. This product is perfect for anyone who wants a high protein, healthy meat replacement without any nasties.
