I attempted to book a glucose test appointment by calling yesterday at 12:43 PM and again this morning at 7:00 AM, but received no callback or answer. When I arrived at 8:15 AM, I was met with a dismissive and rude response from a staff member who told me, "I'll get to it when I get to it." This experience made me feel unimportant and unsupported. I hope the clinic can improve its communication and customer service for the sake of future patients.

I had a hard time understanding the lady on the phone but in person she was wonderful. The place was very clean and very quick. She got bloods first try in a matter of minutes when it usually takes people 3-4 tries in various spots.

Definitely will be returning too this location in the future.

All the ladies who work here are lovely. They care and really take the time to make sure they are not hurting you when taking blood. Sometimes it can be a problem to take blood from me. No complaints at all from the ladies here. All friendly.

The new QLM Pathology is great. It's been upgraded so it's heaps bigger and the nurse was fantastic and so friendly. I didn't have to wait at all when I went there.

Unsure who the staff was that on this morning but I simply walked out. After waiting 30mins, and hearing three clients before me get spoken to like absolute trash by the staff member, I was concerned. The way she just stormed out calling numbers, then slamming the door, she was obviously stressed or having a bad day but that is no way to treat patients. I just walked out when I heard how she spoke to the last patient before me, as someone who has medical conditions that make blood taking difficult, I did not feel like this staff member would care or be patient enough.

As someone who worked in medical for 15years either put more staff on, or offer more training to your staff on today. Keep your bad attitude at home.

My 9-year-old son and I visited the pathology this morning around 6:45 am and were tended to reasonably quickly. Carolyn/Caroline (apologies for not catching the exact spelling) was absolutely wonderful. I barely felt my needle but more importantly when it came to Mr 9s turn she was happy to guide my son through the process with great care and kindness. The brief interactions we had with the other phlebotomists were also lovely, making the experience pleasant.

We were already numbers 5 and 6 for the day, and the steady flow of people coming in after us. I truly hope QML is ensuring adequate staffing here.
