I feel I was illegaly searched while at a register the store manager asked if I had anything I said no asked me to lift my jacket already feeling humiliation an anger I did he stood there an gestured to open my pants I did he walked away not so much as an apology I straight away tried to get hold of the regional manager I was told he would contact me within 24 to 48 hrs 3 times the 4th time they told me they couldn't give a time frame it happened on the 15th of Feb an is now the 26th of Feb there were so many other options if they don't know a person is stealing or not 1 would be to ask the person if they would talk to you for a minute without all the shoppers around I would of gladly shown I had nothing but now I feel like I am judged there an being the only coles with in a 20 minute drive it's so frustrating I feel embarrassed so much anger an not to be apologised to I had open my pants people would of seen my private part like Emma behind the register feeling exposed humiliation anger disgust I got out of there this can't be right

Love Coles Yarrabilba a huge store wide isles and always seeing staff busy filling shelves and cleaning I walked in this morning and saw tinsel and decorations everywhere so festive love shopping there

Clean & most of what I want to buy. All the supermarkets have colluded & nobody does the petrol voucher any more, you HAVE to have the loyalty card. Like the brands, they are narrowing your choices daily. If the special you want is not here, go to the 'competition', the two big stores collude on specials too.

Good part of the time out of stock. Milk fridge mostly empty today when I went, next to no baby wipes or nappies available, staff are pleasant to a degree but mostly intolerable. The shop itself is weirdly set out. And staff act as if you are in their way. Not really a pleasant experience shopping here. Would appreciate more effort put in at this store!!

a bigger lady staff member with glasses brownish hair approached me very rudely there was no nice customer service from her. I had a tiny puppy in a sling she could of told me nicely to take it outside instead she was right at my face humiliated me in front of everyone.
Who ever gave her a job needs to re think awful person.

First off - shaded carpark!! Win already! Store is big and roomy and well set up. Still has that "new" look about it, very clean and the food is so fresh.
