The team at Woodstock are absolutely nailing traditional Texas barbecue experience. We ordered the Woodstock platter for two people. It was a generous serving of meat, beautiful slider buns, pickle and slow on the side. We had three cheese Mac and cheese and fries if you love backyard grilling or smoking, this is a must visit. If you’re on the Sunshine Coast. Watch the opening hours though and try and arrive early.

OH MY GOD THE BEST 😋 I got the 2 brisket platter , mac n cheese for my son, a burger for my other son chips and it was soooo good meat fell apart it was like butter in our mouths. Honestly just got it and it was AMAZING 👏🏾 I will be definitely coming back.

Wow! Been to Woodstack twice now, once just for coffees and once for a BBQ lunch. As two Americans, we can definitely say this is a new favourite spot. The Mac n cheese is by far the best I've had in Australia and I've tried quite a few in the last 5 years. The brisket was incredibly tender and buttery, the chip stack was perfect, and everyone has been so kind.

Excited to bring friends/family who come to visit!

Had the platter for 2 - although the meat was acceptable- the sides, however were not.The coleslaw tasted as if it was in the fridge for days - it’s not that hard really to do a fresh and tasty coleslaw ! The buns I didn’t understand - cornbread makes more sense. The potato salad was possibly the worst I have ever had - rock hard potatoes and lacking in flavour - again it tasted like it was portioned off and kept in the fridge which made it dry out .Portion sizes were small and did not represent value for money.
Not for us - won’t be back .
