Extremely disappointed. I have spoken to the sale person to find the right color mix for an exposed concrete around my pool. Have agreed on the color, which suppose to be Emerald Honey and turned up a grey colour completely different from what I have chosen. I am so unhappy and frustrated with the poor communication and customer service.Have tried to contact the sale person and no response.
Honestly what should I do? Feeling furious, just destroyed my whole pool project.

I would avoid at all cost
I’m a Builder first time I used them and it will be definitely the last
I got a phone call the afternoon before they change the size of the truck. It was only a small Order and brought the poor forward to 5:30 AM
My client had to get up extra early had Concrete Pump on site at 5 AM waiting truck never showed up
I kept calling to see where it was. No one answered the phone
then when they did, they said the order wasn’t confirmed
which it was that afternoon
I was charged extra 1.5 hours by the Concrete Pump company
I Spoke to them they didn’t want to take any blame saying it wasn’t confirmed on the day, but it was that afternoon even though we couldn’t get hold of them That morning I must’ve called at least 10 times
They said they had a problem in the plant my client had to pay the extra costs and was totally annoyed which I understood.
I tried to get a reimbursement, For The Concrete Pump charges but they never took any blame whatsoever , Not even offering to pay even half
I will be posting this sort Review on my social media site as well as my daughters, as well as My nieces social media site, which has over 1.2 million followers totally dissatisfied with this company not even to take any blame whatsoever stay away at all cost you better off paying more because it will cost you more then likely in the long run

Worst concrete on the coast! Cracks soon after it rolled out the agitator. Defective concrete and too many chemicals added to the mix to make concrete go off. When confronted Cordwells denied any wrong doing and dismissed any claims. Could not back up their product even after went to extreme lengths to investigate. Just a money making business with no consideration for its customers. Blaming weather, concreter, preparation what ever they can but not their concrete. Concreter even admitting that their concrete quality has declined over the last 2 years. Even Corwells fined 500k for breaching health and saftey trying to save money. Look it up. Go elsewhere...

Very bad expereience overall. Driver took out our front gate with his front wheel, took no responsibility and blamed others. Accused us of harrassment when approached about a solution? Definitely wont be remcommending.

the person on the phone was very helpful offering suggestions and alternative solutions for my small job and need for a small amount of reinforcing steel, overall they went out of their way to help and even when I underestimated the load they had the extra that I needed in no time!
