I recently purchased lightweight concrete slabs from Ausimix, spending $1500. Unfortunately, my experience with their product was quite disappointing. The slabs I received varied in size by almost a centimeter per tile, which was not mentioned on their website or communicated to me before the purchase.

Upon contacting Ausimix to address this issue, I encountered an employee who responded rudely and seemed unwilling to find a solution. Instead of acknowledging the inconsistency in their product, they went off-topic and insisted that the slabs should not be used for paving due to their slipperiness. As a customer, I believe it is my choice how I use the product, and what matters most is the quality and consistency of what I purchased.

The lack of consistency in the slabs is a significant problem, making them unsuitable for their intended purpose and reflecting poorly on Ausimix's quality control. It is disappointing that such an important aspect was not mentioned on their website or disclosed to me prior to my purchase.

I am disappointed with Ausimix's unwillingness to find a satisfactory resolution or take responsibility for the inconsistency of their product. Regrettably, Based on this experience, I will not be ordering from Ausimix again in the future.

The truck driver who delivered the lightweight concrete slabs was friendly and customer-oriented. He displayed a level of professionalism and helpfulness that was lacking in my interactions with the other company's employees or owners.
