The blokes that came and did the work were professional and thorough. Great job and they knew their stuff. The trouble began with Brett, the manager/owner. I paid the bill promptly but I mistakenly only paid $250 and didn't add the GST. My fault totally. In the next few days Brett sent a couple of passive aggressive emails/texts to my wife about the bill. Rude is another description of them. Anyway I was traveling OS and Brett rang my wife and swore and abused her for not paying the correct bill. The had been done less than a week prior. Totally inappropriate and out of hand. I pay all my bills and I made a mistake. You'll be glad to know that I paid the GST of $25 just now. I wonder if Brett is pondering his behaviour. I hope so.

Brett and his team repaired difficult doors for us (we had the whole run around with others - they don't turn up, or they say they will send a quote- still waiting etc), and the sliders work better than the new ones, we are all very impressed. He is a terrific tradesmen, he is honest, reliable and his prices are reasonable and I would have no hesitation in recommending him to everyone.

Brett has been my glazier for over 10 years now and he is very professional and well priced. I highly recommend him for all your window and door and screen fixes and he even makes his own removable doggie door if you are renting. He is fast reliable and really knows everything yd about glass, showers and rollers and security screens and fixing them.

Fantastic service from Brett. Very friendly, prompt and professional. When I explained I had a broken window in my airbnb he arrived at seven in the morning the next day to repair it before the guests arrived. Couldn't recommend him highly enough. Thanks Brett 👍👍👍
