Supagas Coolum are incompetent with pathetic customer service. Not only do they require payment for replacement bottles upfront, before even receiving the bottle, they don’t even deliver when requested. Recently I ordered a bottle and was told it would be delivered a week later due to this time of the year being busy, no problem. However, when the day came and no bottle had shown up by 3pm I called the Coolum branch to be told that the bottle had been taken off the run sheet for the day. This has happened literally the last four deliveries now. Such an incompetent office/admin team organising the runs, with little care for customer service. I would NEVER recommend the company to anyone. If we weren’t moving in two weeks i would be switching to Elgas. Terrible, unreliable company.

I've been with Supergas Sunshine Coast for many years. I had always had good service and helpful office staff. Not this time around, where the staff member I spoke with to give feedback to management was gruff and unhelpful.
I gave the company 3 stars as the delivery person was helpful, efficient and polite.
It seems they are short staffed and overworked. This needs to be remedied by considering staff conditions, not purely company profits.

I had a really bad experience dealing with Sandy. I have honestly never dealt with someone as rude as her. This company didn’t deliver all of our order and when I rang to explain she was cutting me off, snapping at me and not listening to a word I was trying to tell her.

Supagas provided LPG to a property we were renting for less than 1 year. 1 year after we left the property we received an invoice for rental of the cylinders (which we'd already paid at the start of the contract) in addition to a late fine and additional fee. They did not reply to any of our attempts to contact them. Not great.

Take this as a warning. Supergas do not honor what they say they do. They espouse about next day delivery. What a joke!
We ordered gas bottles on the 20th September, they were very quick to get our money. Today is the 25th September and we are still waiting for the gas bottles to arrive. It's been cold showers since last week and I cannot believe how slack their service is.

Phoned to enquire about gas bottle ordered and gave date ordered. Woman (Sandy) couldn’t find my account initially and then spoke over me when I was trying to explain and then after listening to her I’ve tried to explain again and she just hung up.
Delivery of bottles normally prompt.

I had a very rude phone experience with Sandy. I don't understand how a customer service person can be so bossy over the phone over some simple questions. She may have answered that to many other customers, but I am a brand new customer who obviously had questions. You just lost a customer. Absolutely appalling.
