After researching these bikes for my son I came across this amazing small family run business from Coolum in Queensland, I’d been looking at getting one quickly for his birthday and was informed that there was only one green Cruzr Stoke left so I ordered online and in was at my door in Melbourne three days later 😮. We assembled the bike and really couldn’t believe how great the build quality was , it’s ticked every box and my son is coolest kid on the street haha. Seriously we have so many people taking photos and asking about it.

I recently purchased the CRUZR Trigger e-bike, and I couldn’t be more impressed—not just with the bike, but with the exceptional customer service that came with it. Living in Perth, I was thrilled by how super fast the shipping was; the bike arrived in no time. Unfortunately, during my first test ride, the engine broke. While this could have been frustrating, what stood out to me was CRUZR’s amazing support.

Even though it was a Saturday, their customer service was right there to help, and they quickly arranged for a local shop to handle the repairs—fast and without any hassle. For the inconvenience, they even sent me a thoughtful gift, which really showed how much they care about their customers.

Issues can happen with any product, but with service like this, I never once felt lost or unsupported. CRUZR turned what could have been a negative experience into a smooth and positive one. I'd be researching e-bikes for a year or so and had ultimately decided which one I was going to get. That was until my wife put me onto Cruzr. I spoke to their team, and within a day, I'd ordered the Trigger. It's absolutely unbeatable for its price point. The team at Cruzr were also amazing and had exemplary customer service. Nothing was too hard. They answered all 800 of my questions, and delivered the bike fully assembled the very next day down to my place at the Gold Coast, staying in constant communication and letting me know when they were arriving. We're wrapped, can't fault these guys!
