I ordered from this place through Uber Eats, and it was honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a food service. First, my order arrived 60 minutes late, and when it finally did, it was a complete mess. My milkshake was half empty, missing a straw, and the gravy was an awful slimy texture. The chips were so stale they were inedible. Given the price, I expected at least basic quality, but this was unacceptable.

When I left a review about this poor experience, the situation got even worse. The owner actually called me, demanding I take my review down and even went so far as to threaten me. Instead of offering a solution, a replacement, or a refund, they chose intimidation over customer service. This is beyond unprofessional—it’s hostile and completely unacceptable.

If you’re thinking of ordering from here, think twice. It’s not just about poor food quality; the management’s behavior is aggressive and threatening. No one should have to deal with this level of disrespect. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere for a better experience.”

Always good here! Our go to are the iced lattes, they are always fantastic! Usual orders include Açai bowls, Eggs Benny’s and brekki wraps. They’re always good and we’ve never had a complaint. Service is always quick and everyone is super friendly!

I love eggs Benedict and can not eat much, what makes the coffee hub stands out is that they offer a half serve. This makes it easier to be able to eat my meal. The staff is super friendly, and the coffee hub has very quickly become our weekly brunch of choice for our family catch up.

We are hooked, there is absolutely nowhere else we will buy coffee from. The coffee is NEVER burnt which is so rare to find! Friendly staff, our kids love coming here and seeing Rav especially and the food is delicious and well priced. Best coffee in the area by far.

Lovely little spot with the best iced chocolate I've had in a long time, staff were amazingly accommodating and friendly! Definitely will return.

We tried this place for the first time today and the food and service was great.

The pancakes (both the classic and the bananas & Nutella) were light and fluffy and had great flavours. We also added bacon and hash browns which were perfectly cooked.

We also tried iced mochas which were amazing.

The food and drinks were served quickly and the service was extremely friendly.

Would definitely recommend this cafe to anyone in the area.
