I used to love going to this clinic but now that my doctor has left its gone downhill, not only with the doctors but the reception staff too. It's such a shame when your local clinic has terrible customer service and lacks organization and clear communication.

I've had several bad experiences with this clinic. They blamed me for making an appointment in person when I actually spoke to the receptionist over the phone requesting a teli-health appointment since it was only to discuss results. The receptionist staff are very rude and told me that in fact I had made an in-person appointment and that the computer doesn't lie, they seemed clueless to what they are doing. They are constantly making mistakes and ignore you for a long time when you're waiting to be seen when there wasn't even anyone around.

I've had a little better experience with the doctors and nurses, but it still feels like they want to rush you and get you out of there.

Disappointing experiences with this practice multiple times in a row. This clinic has sadly lost its level of professionalism and quality service.

The medical receptionists are quite blunt and unfriendly, and the doctor I saw made me wait well over 30 minutes whilst there were no other patients in the clinic. I had to sit and watch him wander around the clinic aimlessly, chatting to staff about personal matters and then whilst in my consult he was reading text messages. There was no care, interest or attentiveness.

I booked in to check my iron and b12 status, only to find he had not requested b12 at all. Now I have to re-book for another consult and blood test due to their negligence.

Overall a very disappointing experience due to lack of care, service and friendliness.

Awful money making scheme they are trying to remove as many of their costs as possible to increase their profits. Remote receptionists in the Philippines. Negligent GPs, no call backs. Still have the audacity to charge high rates with mixed billing. A real shame because some of the staff are great and used to be a good practice.

Unfortunately the best doctors they had are now gone 😞 and the others don't really seam to care or listen just try get you out the door quick.

Also the old lady's in reception are quite rude and seam to be lost on what they are actually doing!? They will ignore you for quite sometime. Very disappointing to see what's happing to this practise

I frequently visit this clinic and leave happy. The staff are very friendly and welcoming and the doctors take the time to listen to certain concerns and explain everything clearly. Highly recommend this clinic to anyone seeking attentive and compassionate medical care!

I called 5 weeks ago asking if I could get an E script for a script they have given me multiple times as I was going on holiday which they said no to, so instead I called when I got home to make an appointment, I was greeted by a rude receptionist who eventually made the appointment and when I then told her I need to get an immunisation on that appointment she sighed and got angry at me as I “should’ve told her that at the beginning of the phone call and she now has to restart the whole process, thanks”, after hesitation she made the appointment. I also said I need a sooner appointment for my script with my usual doctor which she booked. I went in today to a doctor who isn’t my usual which confused me and was in there for two minutes max, no consultation what so ever just asked what can I do and gave me my script. I then went out and had to pay after my usual doctor is bulk billed & I also have a health care card so I was confused. I came home and saw my health care card was still valid so called them back and said I can come in and show them to get my money back aswell said my usual doctor is bulk billed which is who I go to and now getting charged for a doctor I didn’t even ask for? She then was very rude to me telling me I got an in depth consultation which I never did I was in there for max 2 minutes. This place scams you and then gets angry on the phone with you and is very unprofessional. Do not go here.

I honestly can't fault my experiences at this clinic. Dr.Chine Burger has always been lovely. She listens, then orders the appropriate tests to always get to the heart of the problem. I'm very happy I came to this practice because I am now receiving much better care.

I have been going here for years, best ever Doctors. Usually see Dr Ghafoor, but if he is not there Dr Rafiq or Dr Chine are also fantastic. There are other Doctors don't know all their names. Also plenty of parking at the site here being in a small shopping centre. I would give them 10 stars if they had them!!
