Went there because I have a rock-tumbler-polisher machine, and the O-ring had broken. The service was fantastic. The nice young man had great knowledge, took time to help and understand me, and I was offered if wrong product they would credit me. I am no mechanic, just an ordinary (widowed) pensioner and I was treated with respect and courtesy. Wide range of different sizes of O-rings. Thanks guys.
