The ladies at the front desk are wonderful. My little boy likes going in every week to have a look around to spot the Kubotas his Poppy has. They give up a couple of minutes of their day to make him feel so welcome. Thank you so much!

Ok, was a bit grumpy with this lot to start with. Two week booking in advance for a two day job turned into a 4 week wait. I still am wondering why the few seals and orings required for the leak repair weren’t ordered when I made the booking but there it is. However, I have done ten hours work with my tractor since repairs were done and all is well. My little tractor was returned in pristine condition, adjustments to labour time were made, the relevant staff were sympathetic and obliging .I understand there can be wait times for parts, I think Kubota need to look at their system of providing basic consumable parts to their dealers. But I understand that the people on the ground at these dealerships also have to contend with this. Allclass workman ship was excellent, staff are excellent and happy to recommend this business.
Ok, second dealing with this company a few months later. Made a phone call at 8.30 am for a mysterious problem with my Kubota, 6 hours later Zac, mobile mechanic, arrived at my property. Correctly diagnosed and fixed the problem in minutes. Very impressive on all counts, good people, good company.

A have just had our zero turn mower repaired by Allclass - Yandina. I can't express how impressed I was by the speed of the repair, quality of workmanship, the cost and the condition of the mower when dropped off. You don't often get this type service these days.
I would recommend Cory and his team to anyone.

I would never deal with the Yandina Branch again. Dealing with Brock, I purchased a second hand cab tractor for $89K. Brock delivered it and it was missing the hitch and the air-conditioning was not working. Brock said he would deal with the issues in two weeks time as he was going on leave. This was 6 weeks ago and after leaving 23 messages, have not had one returned.

In this day and age of online scrutiny it was decidedly lackluster and indifferent service. Felt completely judged and patronized by a grumpy old bloke that came out to service my tractor. All for putting the machine through an admittedly hard first 50 hours of life. Have decided to use my local diesel engineering shop for all future maintenance, as they are far less judgmental and have given me, a new owner of heavy machinery, considerably more sage advice, recommendations and insights.

As an addendum 9 months later I had Ross come out today and look at my machine. Chalk and cheese. Great guy helpful friendly. Let’s hope the change in personel stays this way.

WOULD NEVER DEAL WITH THEM AGAIN ,, after 30 yrs working with tractor and machinery salesman and workman (services of machinery ) have had a bad experience like this until today, They did not honor the david evans clients deal we were told at farm fantastic by david evens salesman and then the nambour david evens salesman ( that told us they would do the same deal as at farm fantastic ) where we bought the tractor/mower from that the FIRST 2 services were totally free,, they had to come out to a oil seal leak oil spraying all over the slasher they filled the oil to full resulting in loss of dip stick in which they charged us for there bad workmanship,,and a pin had come out of the deck not being able to be used what a LEMON this kubota was , - 6/3 2019
