Overall they where quick and reasonably friendly, however it was disappointing to come out $4.40 short of what we actually gave them. We go to the effort of separating bottles , cans and pets, count and label bags before attending, I can understand a few cans different but 44 is unacceptable in my opinion.

First time here today - the gentleman that got all the bottles, plastics and cans out of my car and did all the counting was amazing! Great customer service and the lady whom also works there was very nice 🤩 Thank you both!

It was our first time visiting the containers for change depot at Alder Cct, Yarrabilba and forst time recycling containers. We were greeted by a lovely fella (sorry I didn't get your name) that explained the process and even told us about home pick up service aswell. He gave us proper recycle bags and was very helpful through the whole process. Thanks again mate!

Hi the kid’s do a can run each week in our local area to earn extra pocket money . Every time we go to cash them in the staff always greet you with a smile and and are very helpful
