I was satisfied with the service and it was quick.only thing is it is a government department and most people arrive there with documentation which has there name on them,but all you get is mate,buddy,or have a good one,although this is very Aussie it’s very unprofessional and tacky.

I visited here yesterday to renew 2 vehicle registrations. I didn't wait all that long and was served by a friendly CSO who treated me with respect and processed my requests efficiently. I had a park right out front and found it overall a pleasant experience. Can't really say the same for the Lismore branch. I will be coming here from now on.

Love the new building, so much more professional!
