Average build Quality. Dodgy Paint job missed so many bits and rough as paint finish. Chinese Parts used. Some sections not welded. The base is not properly welded. Average customer service, certainly don't go out of there way to look after you. Very evasive when you question them on the parts used or paint colours as I needed to respray the trailer at my cost. I guess you pay for what you get but still you'd think they would have taken some pride in their work.

If I hear back from the owners and they want to rectify the situation I'll consider removing this review.

Update; owner is in no way prepared to rectify the situation.

Called and ordered this trailer, said I needed it asap.

Two days later I picked this trailer up in the morning.
They built this in one day.

Prices were about $1000 lower than everywhere else.
Attitude was great, staff were great. They also work weekends.

My trailer was perfect and had not a single problem.

Highly recommend buying trailers from these guys. 5*

This 7x5 high side box trailer i recently purchased from you is unbelievable quality at any price. And the price was very good as well. I am over the moon with the price and quality of design and welding/workmanship. I am learning welding at the moment and my dad and uncle are both oil refinery xray spec welders and i can tell these trailers are unreal for the price! Well done. I recently had a car trailer built by the team at APT trailers Rockhampton. There were quite a few custom additions and upgrades i requested while the trailer was being built and Daniel was very helpful at fulfilling these requests. Communication with Daniel was great throughout the build and the trailer was built in perfect time by the deadline as promised. I picked the trailer up and embarked on its first job which was towing a car and a bunch of heavy parts to Western Australia, 5000km away, which it did with ease and performed flawlessly for the whole trip. Thankyou to Daniel and the team at APT for building me a qaulity product on time and as specified. Much appreciated.

We ordered a 16ft beaver tail with Nick and his team and the process from start to finish was flawless. Being interstate we only delt with them via phone and email however communication was fantastic. Nick was quick to respond to emails and was happy to modify the trailer to our requirements. The trailer was built in about a week in a half which suited us perfectly. No faults in the trailer and looks great.

Overall the cost was around $2000 less than other places. I would highly recommend Nick and his team for any trailer you might be looking at getting, especially if u want value for money and no hassle!

Got my custom 16ft tilt car trailer with nose cone. 2 weeks start to finish. Excellent finish and workmanship. Drives smooth. Highly recommended for quality and customer service. Most other companies wouldn’t even reply to quote inquiries. 🤷‍♂️

Got a cheap price for an average cheap trailer, no primer, started rusting straight away.
Charged us for Qld registration, they fitted the plate but never registered it.
Now they won’t refund the registration fee and we’ve had to do a whole new rego. They don’t return calls and more than likely ripping people off.
They are not an accredited trailer manufacturer with Queensland transport.
Spend the extra with another local company and get better service.
