Really bad form! I have sent 2 website enquiries to receive a quote for a 9x6 garage to be installed in Dalby. Then my husband rang them and it went to voice message and no response to that either. They evidently don't want out $30000 odd - would NEVER RECOMMEND this business. We'll take our business to someone else who wants to engage. Shameful way of doing business. Certainly not chasing them again.

Stay away from this company!
Paid over $110,000 for a shed (not including the concrete slab etc nearly $200,000 all-together)
This included optional insulation and sliding doors. Prior to the Christmas storms we had some rain, not a huge amount which all came flooding in underneath the huge uneven gaps that were left under the sliding doors. Titan sent somebody out to look at it after I complained who agreed it wasn’t right and said he would have some sikaflex put under the uneven gaps to stop the rain coming in. He also suggested I go for compensation as he has seen Titan payout for much less and this might be the one that changes things.
He then called back a while later and said as I didn’t use the concreter through Titan they wouldn’t fix anything as they would be ‘liable’. Even though the concreter I used is excellent and contracts to Titan all the time.
I then got a call from a ‘manager’ at the office saying they wouldn’t be covering anything as it was my fault as no drainage was installed which was in my ‘terms and conditions’
I then said that’s not what the guy who came out here said then he put the guy on the phone infront of him who then denied what he said (can’t blame him pretty poor management throwing someone on the phone sounds like he was scared to admit what he said incase he got in trouble) The ‘manager’ then also came back on the phone and said I don’t know what your putting in their but it’s a class 10 building not a house. Implying I’m doing something wrong which I’m not and also that it’s ’just a shed’ if it’s just a shed why sell sliding doors, insulation etc then not install properly and have the shed ruined? It maybe ‘just a shed’ to him but it’s cost me nearly $200,000 all up plus the cost of drying out the moisture in the floor and cleaning up.

I spoke to the concreter as he had been blamed for the slab not being even-he came out to recheck and it was perfect. He then spoke to the ‘manager’ at Titan who then said he would call me as they would fix up the doors. Still haven’t had a call yet and this was 3 weeks ago. The concreter kindly sikaflexed under the doors and surprise surprise even through the 200 mil of rain we had some days during the Christmas storms the shed still didn’t flood.

No final inspection or formal handover took place with Titan and at no point did someone tell me now was the time to connect downpipes and put drainage in which as a shed company who charges a huge price for sheds I believe you have a duty of care to do so.

Now my shed still hasn’t flooded since the doors were Sikaflexed his stance is we cover what comes in from above not from above the slab. I only know this from 3rd hand information as he still hasn’t called. All I have had is a ‘demand’ notice to pay my final $5700 owing on the shed.

Big company with no care for the customer just for profit. I should have known better. Stay with local honest companies.

Have had the nicest salesman Jonathon assisting my mother-in-law with her new shed. Came out to her house at 6:30am just to assist us with placement and recommendations. Has really made the choice easy on who to buy from. Thank you Jonathon for the great service

Extremely disappointed with Titan. Just had a 9mx3.8m shed installed and the whole thing was a terrible experience. Extremely unhappy and will never use them again, nor recommend them to anyone. We had a number of things go wrong, from dates being continually pushed back, to the wrong panels being installed, getting the wrong roller doors being sent, emails not replied to when we chased this up and then installing those said roller doors incorrectly. One of the admin ladies hung up on my partner on the phone when he asked for this to come and be looked at further. They wouldn't return our calls or emails ever, and then once the shed was completed I was refusing to pay the last invoice and their follow up was ridiculous - now they could contact us. Very poor form and only interested in profit.

Went with Titan because they would manage the shed build. This was the case though the reality was disjointed.
Sub/contractors were used throughout and I couldn't directly communicate with any of them until the day they would be on site, often with <24 hours notice. Sub/contractors changed between assignment and arrival too (appreciating there is a workforce shortage and COVID-19/supply chain issues though). All in all took 6 months for medium garden / tool/work shed to be completed. Given other quotes I had were only turned down due to me having to organise concrete, which I thought wouldn't be fun though took Titan 4 months to organise anyway, I wouldn't go with them again unless options were further restricted. The actual final product (shed) is great quality and to specification, and the sub/contractors were pleasant whilst I was dealing with them. A discussion with their management at the end of the build was professional and courteous. So, 2 stars as did not meet (my) expectations. Definitely not less than that as the shed is super solid and I would use them again IF choices were limited.

Ordered a 5 bay shed from Titan - paid majority of price in installments as progress payments, shed delivered on site - next - no communication re erection - daily emails forwarded regarding same - no response - seems to be a trait with Titan. Have slab, shed frame but no indication of when i will have a shed - next move Channel 7 or Channel 9 and Consumer Affairs. $25000 + for a total of thin second grade steel sitting on the ground in my back yard. Would not recommend to anybody!!!!

8 months to build a 3 bay shed with carport attached. You can get a home built quicker. Would have been better going somewhere else as Titan are at the top end of the price market. Refuse to reply to emails, pathetic customer service

Failed to install shed on time didn't deliver on promise. 5 months late with nothing but excuses. Always had to chase them up no response or call back half the time.
