Bought shopping for the nights dinner and asked if I could have 5 x $1 coins in my change (needed to use the dryer next door) check out girl refused. I had to queue up 3 times purchasing chocolate bars to keep breaking into $1 coins. Pettiness at its finest, thanks Natalie!

Total disrespect for there customers I have been staying locally and I wanted to support the community by shopping locally what a waste of time.

Junior staff at the store have no cares at all about customer satisfaction totally ignoring questions and when a local gentleman ask a young lady from the deli if someone could open up another checkout as there was almost 10 people lined up, her reply was thats not my job and walk off totally rude and this is isn't the first time I have seen this kind of behaviour in the store .. management needs to address this straight away it's not good enough.

I will never shop there again disrespectful 😒 😤

I went to buy a few things & while I was there I watched a staff member near the deli sneeze into her hands, but she did not wash her hands. I lined up to leave thinking luckily she isn't going to serve me, when she called me over. I mentioned I saw her sneeze & I would wait for the fella to serve me. (he was lovely) She told me that she didn't sneeze into her hands, but I know what I saw. I literally saw her do it. But instead of just going & washing her hands she served the next person.
I think you need to teach staff how to be more hygienic.

Untidy shop. Had to wait nearly 45 mins in line for service on Xmas eve as there was only 1 girl on checkouts. People were getting very annoyed. Young girl serving should get a medal. She was calm and friendly the whole time. Shame on the shop manager.
