Such a great tasting and time spent learning about their gins! The bartender was also a total sweetheart and gave us a hand written list of “must-dos” on the next leg of our trip. Such attentive, kind (and delicious!) service. Highly recommended!

If you are a lover of gin, this is a great place to visit. The venue is a great little place to meet people and enjoy a gin.

A quiet sedentary afternoon sipping away on a paddle of Wolf Lane's finest. The Navy strength... it's strong, delicious, and delightful with soda. Keeping it simple, I recommend a dry gin martini to follow... there's a limited but eclectic choice of cocktails and mocktails. The highlight is the friendly, polite, and skilled bar staff. Tash is exceptional, a credit to the Wolf Lane team!

We had a great evening here trying a number of different cocktails (my favourite was the dragonfruit one!) - and then came back the following day at 10am for a distillery tour as we had some time to kill before a flight. The explanation of the distilling process was great... we learnt a lot about gin! We were also impressed that they were able to accommodate us for a tour with no warning, at 1 minute past opening time! We walked out more knowledgeable and with a purchased bottle or two in tow. We look forward to visiting again when next in Cairns, and to purchasing their delicious-sounding Christmas Pudding gin online later this year. 🍻

What an amazing venue! Features world-class experience and service. The distillery is right in the heart of cairns, walking distance to most pubs and fine dining venues. We were first greeted by Sam, one of the three owners. He walked us through the distilling process and showed us the many local ingredients made with his amazing gin. Lots of local products sourced throughout cairns and the greater tablelands. Coffee purified from the plantation to use in his coffee liquor which in my option was the best coffee liquor on the market and makes Kahlua seem like a below average liquor! Sam then ran us through his gin styles that includes his Tropical Gin, Navy strength, limited edition sherry aged gin and my favorite his Davidson plumb infused gin. All were top class and had amazing tropical notes with a clean smooth finish. After the tasting we picked up a bottle of the navy strength gin and Davidson plum infused gin and enjoyed those with some high quality soda water!

We just had to go back! after having some amazing cocktails at their bar next door we step into the distillery we were greeted with a bartender named Noah who was one of the best bartenders/servers that i have come across. He was polite, funny and knowable! I have worked in hospitality for a couple of years, and he showed me what top class service felt like. After having a few cocktails we began to talk about traveling, past experiences and his passion for ingredients and cocktails, Even advised against me ordering a cocktail that he believed i wouldn't enjoy and offered to make me a sample if i wished, I took his advice, and he was spot on, Exactly my taste for the refreshing gin styled cocktail couldn't be any more perfect. i was blown away.

We decided, instead of going to a flash restaurant to have the house tapas which can be ordered from either Thee wolves cocktail bar or the Wolf Lane distilery . There were about 8 items on the menu, and we enjoyed the condensed menu. As my company was vegetarian we are always on the lookout for good vegetarian/pescatarian food. Out of the 8 there were 3 items that were vegetarian and 4 that were Pescatarian. This is a rare find and couldn't be happier! The assortment of fish, mushrooms, olives and assorted cheeses, bread etc were amazing! Exceptional food made with fresh local produce we were absolute amazed. The variety, freshness and the local feel we got from the food was incredible and even asked the head chef if we could take some of the gin soaked olives with us, and he made it happen! The food was above our expectations and we are so happy that we made the choice to stay at these two venues instead of going out to a restaurant.

Three wolves cocktail bar, an easy 2-metre steps from the distillery was been we started and finished! With happy hour running from 4-6 everyday i believe it was an obvious choice to start and end. Again we were greated at the bar with a female employee that i couldn't remember her name but from the looks of things she managed the bar. With her another bartender by the name of Anna who was extremely happy and polite. They both took on the busy hours with producing some of the best cocktails i have ever had, my favorite being the smoke on the water, a cocktail with Bourbon, bitters, cinnamon liquor and a cedar wood smoked glass with orange garnish. I highly recommend this cocktail.

Above all this destination made our holiday at cairns. We were so happy to find these two venues and couldn't rate it enough. Not common that a establishment gets 12/10 rating but this one does. We hope they give you the same experience as us! The only bad thing is that we forgot to leave a big tip! Amazing.

Absolute gem of a find! Cosy vibes, friendly staff and amazing cocktails. What more could you ask for at a bar?

Highly recommend the bramble and plum sour. It was so good, I had to get a bottle of my own 💯

The gin bar is small, but feels very open with the high white ceilings, and glowing bar. The bar staff were extremely friendly and helpful, offering us table service. The cocktails are fair priced for a cocktail bad and absolutely delicious.
