Recently serviced my ride on in there and not really happy with the service. Now when I think about it should just tell them NO and go elsewhere honestly feels like I was ripped off big time (and I think I was) but it is what it is and I don’t think I’ll go there again. When they tell you this is the cost for the part to be supplied and installed and you get there it’s more than what you expect and honestly I personally think if I didn’t ask for the new quote in writing I’m sure they would add something else. On top of everything you bet brand new part on the lawnmower and 3 months warranty 😲 anyway thank you RDO but never again 🤷‍♂️. Ok had to edit this because I can’t respond to the reply to the owner of RDO. Maté I’ve got ripped off there big time as I said it just kept going up. Was told by Lauren that brand new deck is $1300 plus service (but when you read service description it’s just not clear and feel many things were there twice). From the quote if $450 (service and deck belt to be replaced) came to just under $1800 it feels like I will definitely never go back there. As I said thank you for the service but not me ever. Well I have never felt so unwanted in a big store like this one first I was greeted by lady on front desk she didn’t seem very happy
she sent me to the parts desk and He was quick to say no I can’t help you with the part (that’s fine) so I had a look around then I seen a jumper I liked with no price so I asked the sales guy on the far wall (witch was the only person that would get off his chair) and he said go to the parts guy and he will scan the barcode for you so I went back to the parts guy and he didn’t even scan it he just said that’s $60 it’s like anything I was inquiring about i was disturbing them.

I just had the pleasure of being served by Brad- I unfortunately was the annoying customer with only half of the required info and with an outside of the box request, he went out of his way to solve my problem... I cant remember the last time i had customer service as good as this. Thank you
