Fantastic product! At first, I was a little hesitant because the plastic competitors are a lot cheaper... but... in the scheme of an inground pool, these are peanuts. They are very well designed and built, and should outlast the pool itself. The welds and bends are perfect (I'm a mechanical engineer, these things are important) They look great, and there's no worry that they'll break. They are a quality grade of Stainless steel - even the saltwater pool does not corrode them, they'll never get brittle... Don't have to worry about teenage kids being "careful" with them when rescuing a frog from the skimmer, and they look like... well they're just about invisible! Skimmers are ~1/3rd of the way from the left side in the attached picture. Customer service was great as well. If you're putting in a pool, or making a major refresh of your pool deck, you really can't go wrong with these

A great quality product.
I recently purchased 3x Skimmer lids from a local supplier, there was a mix up with the size that I was after, however Gary at Hide Skimmer Lids was very helpful with sorting out the appropriate lids & went above & beyond with customer support & info to recitify the mix up.
Having a sales & customer support background myself, I understand some of the issues that can be faced when dealing with suppliers etc.
