We had a very old Revolva shade umbrella beside our pool that we wanted to upgrade quickly to sell our house. We received exceptional service from Tom. He helped us change over some parts that were damaged in Melbourne's wind storm (some silly bugger left the umbrella open). We also fitted a new canvas as the other one was at least 15 years old. Looks brand new and replacement of parts and canvas was very simple.
Great quality to have lasted all these years, highly recommend.

Our experience with Ekkehard, Sally and the team at Revolvashade was exceptional. Their knowledge and guidance throughout the process was outstanding. We love our rectangular umbrella, it looks fantastic, the quality is great, its easy to use, it handles the wind extremely well and the swivel option gives us the opportunity to move the shade if we would like to . We would recommend Revolvashade, it is well worth the money.

Purchase 2 four meter umbrellas in 2005 that’s 18 years ago. They have been in the up position most of the time. There has been no maintenance in this time whatsoever but now the canvas is starting to wear out. Tom has just helped me by remanufacturing the original canvas at a reasonable price.
I doubt that be another product that could outlast them highly recommended of course ,

We are extremely happy with this company's outstanding service and product. We bought the 4m wide Revolvashade over 20 years ago and used it almost daily in Brisbane to protect our young family. We then took it too Dubai where it lived through some harsh summers. As all metal parts were still fully functioning and looking like new we brought it back to Brisbane. Now Tom at Revolvashade has recovered it so that we can continue to enjoy the umbrella's shade.

Embarrassingly I made a mistake with measuring the umbrella for recovering, however, Tom and his team managed to work to find a solution for us which we are very grateful for.

Overall, it's an excellent product with a great service team to back it up.

We just need to get someone to install it so that we can enjoy it and then post photos here.

Beware of "Light Commercial Umbrella"

I had this installed at our cafe and it flew off at 50km wind ONLY 3 weeks after installation.

Once the wind is about 30km you are unable to wind it down!

Revolvashade recommend to wait for a wind break to close it down so good luck if you get a wind break. We didn't ..so it took off 8m high and landed 15m away on our neighbour's roof.

PLEASE BE AWARE AND READ WARRANTY!!!!
Revolvashade took it back and fixed it and expect us to reinstall this umbrella even though it may land on someone's head next time it break's off.

We have outdoor umbrella has been up outside since new 2009 just had to replace canvas recently. The frame was still like new. Was a pleasure dealing with Revolvashade. Great service.
