I had a GCI Traytec custom tray and canopy built for my 79 Series Land Cruiser last year, and I couldn’t be happier with the result! From start to finish, Adam and the team was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. From the ordering to the delivery everything was done in a professional manner. The canopy and everything in it are built to excellent standards. Only had very minor problems that have been rectified quickly and without and problem.

So below is my initial review of the experiance with GCI for the Quoting process. Lots has happened since then from the build to after sales service. Submitted a Quote request for a new Tray and Canopy setup. I received the detailed Quote next day. The quote was followed up by a phone call and i was able to discuss some options and things i wanted. After seeing the exceptional workmanship our new setup is underway. From quote to order has been seamless and I the customer service i received has been great.

Terrible Customer service been waiting a eon for a quote. Submitted then received a call from someone asking to confirm options wanted told i would be called and email back haven't received anything followed up on the phone 4x and email x3

Called again got passed around then told they haven't figured out the sensors for the BT50 and DMAX yet.... instead of stuffing someone around just be upfront

Recommend to Look at the numerous other options. If this is what they are like when your wanting to buy i can only imagine what they are like when you have a problem that needs to be resolved
