Dropped off my delivery at 8:45 in order to have it picked up for shipment on the same day - paper work and Dangerous Goods Check was completed while I was there. Later that same day tried to check tracking number, however my package had NOT moved. When I contacted Pack n Send the following day they advised it didn't get picked up as they were doing a Dangerous Goods Check - Why? This had already been done!!! Less than impressed - all my items were removed from my box (and it was quite large) there were many fragile items. My delivery was 7 days late in getting to its destination - due to the stores incompetence - Would not use them again

I have dealt with a few Pack & Send shops in different states. The quotes were always a lot cheaper than other shipping companies and the customer service has always been outstanding. If you need to ship some heavy things nationally or internationally then use Pack & Send.

If Jesus, Mohammad and Buddah were alive they would definitely use Pack & Send Morley/Malaga.

Needed to deliver important documents from Perth to Canberra, delivery arrived the next day - 4:00pm ish. Then I had to do it again bcuz some documents were incorrect and it arrived the next day as well - 9:00am ish. So safe to say it works (expected for the price) (Earlier you send it the earlier in the day it arrives)

Good service, man at the desk was clear with what was going to happen, he explained the process step by step.
Overall super happy with the service, as I really needed it to arrive in time.

Only thing lacking: is if you guys could call or msg me immediately when package gets delivered, and where in transit it is. (I did get an email and phone call exactly when the parcel was picked up from store, but the phone call when it was delivered was only a few hours later. The tracking does let you know exactly when delivered - but no time sensitive notifications, which would be more convenient)
