The repair of my gate was delayed through no fault of Apex as the part was coming from overseas. Bekk was proactive in giving me updates and empathetic to the challenges we faced. Our Strata Complex went through three or four gate contractors before Apex. At times they were okay then things would fall apart. Apex were able to resolve an issue noone else could (vehicle gates to auto open on power failure, start open and then close and return to normal when power returns).
We now have a "fail safe" system which Apex has been maintaining for a number of years. We then wanted to expand our access control system to pedestrian gates and Apex was the go to, again excellent service.
I have since had Apex repair and upgrade the vehicle gate in a new property.
On this occasion Apex provided a clever solution to fix a heavy duty gate closer into posts that didn't really have the ideal steel thickness.
Highly recommended for manual, electric, automated gates and access control.

Simon was very knowledgeable but unfortunately gate behaved itself when he was there so he was unable to diagnose the problem. A few days after his visit problem reoccurring so looks like need new motor.
