Perfect product, speedy delivery and great customer service! Cannot fault. I initially ordered and paid for the wrong items (my mistake), so emailed customer service immediately. Within 48 hours they had cancelled my order and applied a credit to my account which I then used to order the correct items. Five days later the goods arrived at my door. Awesome!

Not actually sure what is happening, I contacted them to pre order an very overpriced freeze dryer, asked if it can be home delivered, as I don’t have a vehicle capable enough to collect from a TNT depot, they quoted a ridiculous price, for delivery, I obviously declined the delivery to my house, felt like price gouging to me, and instead accepted the original terms to collect from TNT, I was going to get a friend to collect, or even hire a ute 4 times cheaper,

But for some unknown reason, I don’t have an invoice, and haven’t received a response from any emails, I’m actually still waiting for an invoice to pay them,

Being literally the only place in Australia I can find that sells harvest right dryers, I have no other options.

So I looked up their phone number to call and ask what’s going on, and it appears to be disconnected, did they forget to pay the phone bill?

Why any business wouldn’t want to answer the phone of a customer is beyond me, especially for something as expensive and overpriced (in Australia) as their freeze dryer.

I guess I’ll just wait for that email now…

Rebecca if you’re reading this, how about you send me that invoice.

I’m posting this here because I literally have no other way to contact you!!!

Fantastic service from start to finish. I needed the product urgently, as I was let down by another supplier. The lady I spoke to was not only extremely helpful but she advised me that, if I got my order in straight away as they closed in 15 minutes, she would look out for it and make sure it was sent out that day. She was true to her word and I couldn’t believe it when it arrived around 12:30pm the next day. I’m in Newcastle. Thank you so much.
