We ordered the Traditional Midi kit in charcoal and could not be happier with the oven and the amazing wood fired meals that we can now cook in our own backyard! After researching wood fired oven suppliers for months, we settled on The Alfresco Factory and were so grateful for the friendly and helpful customer service prior to and following purchase.

The instructions for the DIY kit were detailed and easy to follow and construction was simple. The accessories that are included with the kit are great and we picked up a few pizza peels, a temp gun and brush from the store as well.

An amazing product from a fantastic company. Highly recommended!

Bought an original oven diy kit from Jonelle and the team at The Alfresco Factory. Have had an amazing experience with them and a lot of support. It's a fun project to do with some amazing outcomes. Can cook a variety of things in it which taste even better from a woodfire. Used it to cater for a 30th birthday party with about 70 people and it worked exceptionally well. Having my very own wood fired over has always been on my wish list. So choosing one was a big deal, I looked for months until I found THE ALFRESCO FACTORY ones! I went with the Traditional Midi in charcoal. I loved the way it looked classic, yet modern at the same time to suit any outdoor area. Next step was the purchasing as I live a 4.5hr drive away from their store, yet there customer service process so brilliant, shipping price was very cheap (for the weight and fragility of the item) item was delivered promptly and in perfect condition. Customer service does not stop on purchase there after service care is one of the best I’ve had. I went with the kit oven and any questions I had were answered within 24hrs! Extra tips advice were always given, nothing was too much hassle. Even a few years since purchase I wanted to touch up the front paint (as mine is in the weather and needed more seasoning before getting wet in winter) I sent of an email and it was immediately answered with the paint where to buy, how to apply ect.

I couldn’t recommend this company enough if you’re planning on putting in your dream wood fired pizza oven! Send them an email and Jonelle or Trent will answer any questions you have!

The Alfresco Factory is one of the best companies to deal with, I got a pizza oven kit delivered to Darwin NT.
From the first contact about my build idea they went above and beyond with information and helped me choose the right oven, throughout the build they were always there to help with any questions and gave amazing advice on how to build the oven.

The shipping was a breeze and OMG the love and dedication they put in to wrapping and making sure the oven doesn’t get damaged in transport is out of this world

The oven is amazing definitely a center piece in any location my oven is on a trailer as a mobile Pizza oven

I have built many Pizza ovens in my past from different suppliers and I have to say without any doubt the Alfresco factory oven has been the best experience

If anyone is looking for a top notch pizza oven give Jonelle and Trent a call

I guarantee you will not be disappointed I would give more then 5 stars but it won’t let me!
