I bought a pressure switch today to fix my LG washing machine from this shop. The prices are fair and service is excellent. The machine is back to work. It is not needed to pay a ridiculously high price to fix an error when you have YouTube and spare parts shop like this one.

My brother-in-law ordered a part for our microwave and paid up front (Morley Store). He was told that the part would be ready in 2 weeks. I called WA Appliance Parts after 3 weeks and my call was answered by a dismissive employee. He said I would get a text on a certain day saying the part would be ready then promptly hung up.

The date that he gave came and went without hearing anything. Another two weeks had passed and we still had not heard anything. My husband went into the store, after 7 weeks of waiting, to ask about the part and the staff member there said the part had been in stock the whole time.

So frustrating! Bad communication and terrible customer service. I will go elsewhere next time.

I called in today and was served by Jon, very friendly and efficient service. This is not the first time dealing with this business and each time the customer service is very good. Well done guys.

Had previously purchased from an Eastern states on line service, did no go well. For this purchase of dryer parts I found WA appliance parts in Morley, I did not expect they would have the parts and I thought they would be more expensive, How wrong I was, they had all the parts at great prices. I called them first and there were very friendly and efficient, on visiting the store to pick up the parts the experience just got better with great advice and very friendly. No more eastern states for me.

My electrical business has used WA Appliance parts for years. They're always friendly, willing to help and reasonably priced. Is always a relief when you're welcomed by someone willing to help when you're looking for an appliance part.

EDIT: Can no longer give the initial rating of 5 stars. After years of my business using WA Appliance parts as a supplier, they've closed my account due to "inactivity". I received a price for a genuine part that I was able to get for a third of the price quoted by WA Appliance Parts. Very disappointed. What's the purpose of closing a cash only account without notice?
