This is the worst service I've ever had in Perth. I was wearing a simple T-shirt and a shirt jacket. The clerk asked me to take off my clothes because I wanted to show my chest? Does the photo of the passport need to show the chest? I'm just wearing an ordinary T-shirt. As a result, the photo was washed out and didn't take a picture of my chest. I don't understand what the intention of asking me to take off my clothes? The photo of the passport is very important to me. I want to confirm the photo taken, but the clerk also asked me why I wanted to confirm it? It really makes me very uncomfortable. The image quality of the washed photos is still very poor, and the proportion of the photos is also very poor. All this experience is really bad 👎 It's super unfriendly. I don't even want to give one star!
